Charged with DUI and it isn’t the first time either.

for violating her probation

She is being made an example and judge is tired of her coming in and out of trial. Just because she is famous doesn’t mean she has seperate laws to abide by.

She disobeyed the court’s order to attend alcohol abuse classes repeatedly, and did not show up at her long-scheduled hearing. Because of her refusal to keep her agreements, she was sentenced to 90 days.

she is being charged with dui and she never attended any of her classes for alchol help. she was also late or never came to her judge metting

She violated her probation

She is going to jail for violating her probation. Going to jail is the only way where she would learn her lesson. Just like the days when we were kids, your parents would take away your privileges for the whole day or week when we were bad (time out, no TV, etc.).

She violated her probation, so she is going to jail for 90 days then 2 days after she gets out of jail she is going to rehab again for 90 days.

she got a dui and possession of cocaine charges, she violated her probation , her alcohol monitor that she wears was tampered with after it went off because she was drinking, she missed 9 alcohol/drug abuse classes, she didn’t make a court appearance because she was in france partying and said she lost her passport and a ton of lame excuses for other stuff. she thinks she is above the law and the judge was sick of it.

She didn’t go to her weekly achool meetings that she had to attend from her DUI in 2007
