I personally don’t think so. If (which I believe he did) molest those boys, there’s just something he was born with mixed with how he was raised (maybe) that lead him to do that. Most rape and molestation victims go on to live normal lives, they don’t repeat what was done to them. There was just something wrong with his head. Even though how his dad treated him sure didn’t help!

It was never made clear, but it’s not a secret that he and his brothers were mentally and physically abused by their father. As a result Michael ended up a very troubled man who never grew up, at least in his mind. The whole thing from beginning to end is a sad story.

No I dont believe so. Now, Im pretty sure Michael Jackson couldnt have had a** whoopins worse than the ones any child with old school parents get. When you give a child money and power and he realizes he can do as he pleases and starts living a life of gold, OF COURSE he will believe his life prior was hell! I am pretty sure the discipline MJ got from his dad is no worse than the one my dad gave my brother…and believe you me…he got it tough!!! Its discipline, thats all!

As for the no body got hurt…you must not be a parent. He scarred the lives of children. As someone who has been a victim, I can tell you that its a hurt you could never imagine. God forbid any of your family members have to go through it.

Yes, I think there is a very good reason to believe that Joe sexually abused Michael and if not, at least contributed to Michael’s sexually abusive behaviour. From a research perspective, there is some studies that suggest that when reviewing the childhoods of sexual offenders, the common theme is physical abuse. In fact, these offenders were more likely to have been physically abused than sexually abused as children. Michael himself revealed that Joe was physically abusive. For me, it makes sense that this physical abuse could have easily extended to sexual abuse. And even if you don’t believe that, Joe was a stern task master who put his children in highly inapproriate situations such as being the opening act for strip shows when Michael was all of 6 years of age. Surely that constitutes child exploitation and failure to protect? Personally, I believe that Michael was a sexual offender because he had absolutely no idea about how to relate to normal adults on any level. I’ve also seen a very disturbing interview with Michael where he continued to maintain after his court case that it was perfectly innocent for adult men to share their bed with children and it happened to him “frequently as a child” This is a clue in my books. And from a professional perspective, one thing I know to be common amongst adults who sexually exploit children is that they find it very difficult to connect with other adults on a meaningful level. In this sense I believe that Michael did not consider his behaviour to be sexually abusive. He probably thought he was really having a relationship with these children and did not appreciate the power differential between them. Sexual offenders are the best rationalisers in the world. Michael’s rationalisations would have been made even easier by all his supporters who pandered to him and turned a blind eye. I find it very sad that someone did not protect this little boy who had such a great talent, but ultimately could not relate to the world and in reality was just a predator like every other sex offender.

As an adolescent Jackson and some of his other siblings stated they were physically and emotionally abused by their father. His father use to call him “big nose” all the time. His childhood had a lot to do with the way he turned out.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe those accusations were being made because the parents of those boys knew they would get rich off of it? And guess what, they did! I’m not saying he did or did not do any of those things. All I’m saying is at the time of his death, you talk about this? The man was a legend so why cant you let his family/friends and fans mourn him without your stupid and childish accusations!

Either way. Just because you see or was raised by something, doesn’t mean you can do it to other people. There is a chance of that though.

But I have also had this thought, What if people brought their kids to that park and then filed charges just because of how he looked, because he is rich, and because he was known for doing that. I think he did that to the children but there is a possibility that others just wanted money.

In an interview with Oprah, Michael admitted that his father did beat him. I doubt that he would sexually abuse anyone even if he himself was abused. Those accusations are ridiculous. I think those boys just wanted attention. Michael Jackson was a great man and for you to bring this up near the time of his death is simply and utterly wicked.
