I agree, I mean she brought it upon herself for violating her probation. She shouldn’t try to sob her way out of it like she should be treated with higher authority because she is some celebrity!

Lindsay Lohan is a perfect textbook example of what is wrong in, and with, America today. She thinks she can do anything she wants, get away with anything she wants, act sorry when she is caught or reprimanded, and thumb her nose at the rest of societies more’s.

She is a sad representative of todays generation, and I hope that all kids realize that she had the best and is now headed for the worst.

I thought her lawyer said she was filming something. Anyway, it seems stupid to cry when she brought it on herself and she’ll probably be out in a matter of days with the way that jail system works.

Actually she’s filming a biographical porno movie about ****** [??] or something.

Anyways, I haven’t read anything about her misbehaving so I was kinda shocked when I read she was going to jail. But oh well, she shouldn’t of put herself in the situation in the first place.

What I don’t understand is how she pulled all of the crap she did in the passed few years and is only sentenced to 90(i think?) days.

First off Have you been to jail. My ex girlfriend had me falsely arrested and i was placed in a county prison for a few days til all the evidence was presented and she was proven to be making false accusations. The sheer humiliation of being handcuffed and taken away is horrendous, let alone being stripped ***** in front of a female and male corrections officer made to bend over spread your **** cheeks and cough as they watch your **** to see if anything is in there. Then to have all your freedom striped away and be told you are scum for being there and have other inmates harass you because you are in for “beating” a woman. It is not all fun and games like everyone thinks. You lay around all day doing nothing waiting for meal time and hoping it ends soon. second yes she did wrong but that still doesnt matter jail is not something anyone wants to go through. Probation i am sure is alot easier than jail but Lindsay thought she was above the law because she is famous and now is paying for it. The surreal realization she had is what made her cry. I dont like her or anything but i can have sympathy for her situation please dont be mean.

Let’s see how long she actually stays in jail. Who was it…Paris Hilton or someone…who cried their way out of jail after only like a few days or something? I’m sure she’ll get some sort of special treatment. She should save her tears for the jail cell.

You’re right. This could be an excellent career move for her. She should contact the Lifetime network and see about doing a reality series about celebrity life behind bars. Linsay Lohan presents The Real Mean Girls.

She thinks that she shouldn’t go to jail because she is famous. I think that is crap. Celebrities should have to face the same punishments as the rest of us if they commit a crime. I congratulate the judge for giving her jail time instead of a slap on the wrist.

She clearly decided the rules didn’t apply to her, so why she is so shocked is beyond me, All she had to do was keep her nose clean (literally and figuratively) and she would have skated. The fact that she could not means she has worse issues than she knows.

At least in jail she can’t kill anyone driving….

She honestly believed, I think, that she was going to get away with it. That she is special and the rules don’t apply to her. I don’t **** her, actually, but I think it is exactly that attitude that the judge was trying to knock out of her. But I think it was just…utter disbelief, you know? “I am Lindsay Lohan! I can’t go to jail.” I suspect that various people around her, including her lawyers, were telling her that too.

Yeah, she shouldn’t be whining about it. She’s already had the chance to turn things around and not violate probation (I read that she was begging them and promising to do better!) but she didn’t. And she shouldn’t get off easier than a normal person would just because she’s a celebrity. It’s too bad how she ended up turning out. I used to be obsessed with The Parent Trap (a movie she was in when she was young) when I was little and I really liked her then. But not so much now!

I guess I can see why she’s crying though, because she’s probably scared since she’s never actually been in trouble like this and usually got away with stuff. I’m not saying I have sympathy for her, because she had it coming. But I can just see why, because obviously it’s all sinking in now that she’s really going to jail.

i think its hilarious, she got all mouthy thinking finishing her last 3 classes was going to keep her out of jail, said something like “the judge hates me, but she can’t throw me in jail if i complete the classes”…
maybe she needs to take a page out of the book “shut yourfuckin mouth” you know???

whether she deserves it or not…its jail, or course shes going to cry about going, whats hard to understand about that? even a murderer would be upset about going to jail, if not it would make the police’s job a lot easier since everyone would be lining up to go all jolly and happy every time they commit a crime lol.

Fact is she’s scared. She figured her celebrity would be enough to keep her out of jail, and she could just keep on with her life the way she was. Now that reality is finally hitting, she’s scared, plain and simple. She’s lived the life of a spoiled diva for years and now they’re tossing her into jail like a common criminal. I’d almost feel bad for her if she wasn’t such a trainwreck to begin with.
